What
The two guide links in the README (provider-sdk and provider guide) both return 404. I replaced them with the existing Supported Providers reference page, which is already linked elsewhere in the README.
Why
docs.adhf.dev/guide/provider-sdk and docs.adhf.dev/guide/providers are gone, but docs.adhf.dev/reference/supported-providers is live and covers the same topic.
Verification
Both old URLs return 404 today, the replacement returns 200.
