What

  • DAPP-11571
  • Allow Solana token admin registration when its PDA is a funded, empty, non-executable System Program account
  • Reject initialized or incompatible PDA account states before instruction construction
  • Add owner and CCIP-admin registration coverage for pre-funded PDAs

Why

  • Pre-funding a PDA should not be treated as an existing TokenAdminRegistry entry and block registration
