Refreshes the checked-in Redis Cloud API OpenAPI document at
content/operate/rc/api/api-reference/openapi.jsonfrom the live spec athttps://api.redislabs.com/v1/cloud-api-docs(same flow as therc_api_syncworkflow, including normalizing embedded JSON inexamplefields).This keeps the docs site’s RC API reference aligned with the current cloud API surface; it does not change application runtime code.
