Summary
Update the Kubernetes Helm installation guides for chart 3.1.0.
Migration note
Existing standalone installations using chart 3.0.2 or earlier should not upgrade directly to 3.1.0. Create a separate installation, migrate and verify the data, and then switch traffic.
New installations are not affected.
