This is an automated cherry-pick of #118957

/assign brendan-daly-red-hat

Replace the {aws-first} attribute with {aws-short} in module titles
to align with style guidelines that recommend avoiding full product
names in headings.

Changes:
- installation-aws-user-infra-bootstrap.adoc: Title now uses {aws-short}
- installation-aws-user-infra-installation.adoc: Title now uses {aws-short}
- installation-aws-upload-custom-rhcos-ami.adoc: Title now uses {aws-short}

Before: "Initializing the bootstrap sequence on Amazon Web Services (AWS)..."
After: "Initializing the bootstrap sequence on AWS..."

This change improves readability and follows the convention used in
other AWS UPI installation modules.
