Valid AV1 mastering-display chromaticity values above 50000, including the BT.2020 green primary value 52232, were being clipped by the encoder's HDR metadata validation. This changed the metadata supplied by applications and produced
MFX_WRN_INCOMPATIBLE_VIDEO_PARAMwarnings.Update the AV1-specific validation to use the full 16-bit chromaticity range supported by AV1. The HEVC validation path is intentionally unchanged because it uses different metadata scaling.
