Enhance dpsynth.reporting.PrivacyReport with:

  • Hypothesis testing trade-off curve (TPR vs. FPR) computation via
    PLDAccountant.get_true_positive_rates().
  • Metadata and non-DP disclosure tracking for custom notes and privacy guarantees.
  • Support for optional tuple-of-pairs in YAML serialization converter.
  • Unit tests validating trade-off curve monotonicity, bounds, custom FPRs, and serialization.
