NonVariablePatternsToRightOfAsPatternshas been enabled for every selectable--langversionsince F# 6.0, so its flag was dead configuration. Removed the flag and collapsed the guard to its enabled behaviour;--disableLanguageFeature:NonVariablePatternsToRightOfAsPatternsis no longer a recognised feature name.
