[RIO-2026] Update Program

This pull request updates the event configuration for the 2026 Rio de Janeiro event, focusing on refining the navigation menu and making significant updates to the event program schedule. The main changes include hiding the speakers page from navigation, adding and updating several program items (including new speakers, talk titles, and session details), and revising keynote and track assignments for improved clarity and accuracy.

Navigation updates:

• The speakers page has been commented out in the navigation menu, so it will no longer appear in the site's navigation.

Program schedule updates:

• Multiple new sessions and speakers have been added, including "Stone," "Daysi Mendes," "Ghabryel Henrique," and "Pedro Alpis e Leandro Marinho," with detailed times, tracks, and room assignments. [1] [2]
• Several talk titles and session details have been updated for clarity, such as Giovanni Bassi's keynote and the addition of new keynotes by Bernardo Lopes and Athila Lincon. [1] [2]
• The "Ignite Talks" session has been replaced with a keynote, and new advanced and beginner track talks have been scheduled.
• The keynote by "Punk do DevOps" has been confirmed, removing the "TBA" placeholder.

Minor formatting:

• Removed extra blank lines in the program section for cleaner YAML formatting.
