docs: add init variables row and async example to TavilyFetcher page

Adopts two things done better in the duplicate PR deepset-ai#12124:
- an api_key "Mandatory init variables" row, matching the TavilyWebSearch
  page and the other API-key-based fetcher and web search pages
- a dedicated "Asynchronous execution" section with a runnable run_async()
  example instead of only a prose mention
