Fix ansible-test sanity errors and add automated CI

Context

The current codebase has several errors reported by ansible-test sanity.

The logs and details of the reported errors are available in the related internal PR.

Goal

Fix all issues reported by ansible-test sanity, or explicitly ignore the checks where appropriate.

Once all sanity test issues have been addressed, a final patch will be proposed to add a GitHub Actions workflow that automatically runs the ansible-test sanity checks.
