修复 #907：技能弹窗内容溢出
问题
技能选择弹窗中，技能名称所在的行是
flex布局，但名称span只有truncate而没有min-w-0/flex-1。flex 子项默认min-width:auto，长技能名不会被截断，会把内容撑宽，导致弹窗内容横向溢出。修复
min-w-0，名称span加min-w-0 flex-1，让长技能名在弹窗宽度内正确省略号截断（配合原有truncate）效果
