This should greatly reduce our exposure to disk space flakes. Standard GitHub-hosted ubuntu-24.04 runners randomly get either a ~72G or ~145G root disk, and we often hit capacity on the former. This runner has a 512G disk - consistently. Signed-off-by: Colin Walters <walters@verbum.org>
