feat: add VibeNet 200ms preview and Denim upgrade

[0x00101010]

Adds a VibeNet preview for 200ms canonical blocks and BaseTime, including Explorer and protocol-source links, while keeping the existing EIP-8130 promotion. Adds the planned November 2026 Denim upgrade to the Grid, Timeline, upgrade detail, and changelog, with a matching Denim illustration.
