Option+Shift+Cmd+D never reaches the app on macOS (#14508), while Ctrl+Option+Shift+Cmd+D works. Change the mac default and add shortcut migration v3 so persisted settings still on the dead chord move too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
