Resolve the Core checkout, US 1.824.1, UK 2.90.2, and SPM calculator 0.3.1 together for the country smoke matrix, then run
uv pip check. This protects the existing US imports when the calculator releases its new API and prevents a later country installation from replacing the checkout under test. It removes the separate unbounded installs and Python 3.13/3.14--no-depsworkaround.This is a protective CI change. Canonical country/SPM integration will require a separately qualified tuple; engine code, country tests, and the existing population-test gate are unchanged.
Validation: the configured smoke command on Python 3.14.4 passed both real country initializations (2 passed, 1 existing population skip, 702 deselected). The 81-package environment passes
uv pip check; Ruff formatting andgit diff --checkpass. Earlier qualification also passed the same selected country tuple on Python 3.13.9. The full Ubuntu/Windows and Python 3.11–3.14 matrix remains for GitHub CI.
