The original command /oc_sc still spawns the original computer. This adds the argument 1-4 that will spawn a T1 to T4 computer, with components and screens of that tier. This implements PR #67 With the added default, and arguments, with more customization.

Equip the computer spawned via the
/oc_sccommand with T4 components.
