Summary

  • use the active server biome registry while baking dynamic biome dictionary and climate rules
  • retain exact and dictionary biome filters as stable biome keys for managed ores
  • update Forge 1.19.4 to 4.0.11.119041
  • extend the fresh/reload surface probe with dictionary-weighted geology and exact dynamic-biome ore coverage

No public API, schema, provider format, migration behaviour, or existing-chunk contract changes.

Validation

  • 125 tests across 31 suites, with no failures or skips
  • full offline build, Javadocs, artifact audit and Eclipse production-classpath checks
  • userdev and exact packaged server/client fresh and reload tests with clean logs
  • empty-cache Forge 45 bootstrap plus same-cache idempotence
  • preferred-seed ore audit and matched performance comparison; control-normalized change was -0.74%

The exact candidate was manually accepted before publication to the fork.
