Just curious, are we not migrating any site packages for the Snaps?

Correct, we are removing those as they are not really used. There are these other test-dapps for non-EVM networks: https://github.com/metamask/?q=test-dapp&type=all&language=&sort=

We can consider migrating those dapps as follow-up if that makes sense and if they are fit for migration

Makes sense to me to migrate those too eventually.
