R-01 removes the authenticated redirect from the root page, adapts the CTAs from the session, and links the product mark to /. R-02 gates the rail and drawer on admin destinations and moves Settings + Sign out to the header for ordinary members. Verified in browser for both an admin and a no-role member; no Playwright run.
