- Deduplicate all input skill lists using host-selected name winners. - Restore [$skill-name] references and remove source-key labels. - Remove exact-key prompt guidance and user-reference exceptions from the Skill tool instructions. - Preserve parsing of existing stable-key references. - Update reference tests and document the unified picker behavior.
