There was a pull nequest which apparently solved it, before simple imploding.

Fossify templates are defined in yml with input fields, drop downs, etc. It's a relatively new feature called issue forms: https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/syntax-for-issue-forms

PipePipe uses markdown templates.
