Adds the ability to drag components between grids using a specific cross-grid handle. This allows the components to keep the native react-grid-layout drag but also move between screens.
The react-grid-layout components have two modes - editable (which allows new components to be dragged in, and deleted) and non-editable (which allows components to be dragged out of the screen and copied into a new one)
Test with branch add-quick-screen-widget-modification in Daedalus
