Bug: Markdown-Templates not working

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new type "Book" as describe here: https://tolaria.md/guides/create-types
2. Add markdown template, e.g.

---
type: Type
---

# Book

Title:
Author:

## Summary
```
3. Create a new note of type Book

Expected result: The new note is pre-filled with contents (Title, Author, Summary).
Actual result: New note is empty.
