PatternFly API crawler

As a developer I need to create a PatternFly API crawler and basic metadata creation for prep integrating into the existing MCP resources.

Acceptance criteria

• Create a crawler and support functionality

• Integrate basic managed task and enhanced fetch Create a managed task handler #238 and Enhance internal fetch functionality #240

• Basic entry metadata, title, description, keywords, etc

Assumptions and questions

• This is the base crawler and managed task setup. This is NOT integrating the data into the MCP resources

• Review advanced metadata from the resource response itself

• Centralizing the way we handle creating a child process is part of this worker threads
