Create automatic tags for branch

This is something that the CLI can determine easily, and that it would be good to add tags for by default. We already have the concept of detecting the repo, so I don't see why we couldn't add this automatically too. Also this was requested by a customer

I'm thinking I should go through these are refactor the repo detection to be a bit more generic and allow for detecting tags too
