Remove terrafrom mapping feature

Terraform ➡ Overmind Mapping

This feature was required when it wasn't possible to differentiate which item things should be mapped to. Since I have now implemented the Jaccard similarity mechanism we don't need this anymore. We should remove:

• The references in the code
• The readme details
• Mappings from our terraform code
