Create a new role for an user

There is no way to create and assign new roles in the user dialogue. This function could be helpful, for example, if an administrator wants to assign a Tobira role such as ROLE_TOBIRA_ADMIN, which is not listed among the provided roles.

For consistancy, I think it would make sense to follow the settings for roles already used in the UI for events / series (hope that's still there?):
