Breaking changes for `loopback-datasource-juggler@7` not listed anywhere

Steps to reproduce

While attempting to upgrade from loopback-datasource-juggler@6 to loopback-datasource-juggler@7, try to find the breaking changes for the new version.

Current Behavior

• Version 7 is not listed in CHANGES.md
• Nothing in releases
• Not listed in Supported versions (nor is v6 in fact!)
• Official website still references LoopBack 4 (???)

Expected Behavior

These changes should be documented somewhere easily discoverable.

@s100, thanks for reporting this. The CHANGES.md is meant to be the place to communicate (breaking) changes. It is strange that the change logs for v7 didn't get generated. Let me take a look.
The breaking change from v6 to v7 is the drop of support for Node.js 20. This link https://github.com/loopbackio/loopback-datasource-juggler/releases/tag/v7.0.0 showed the changes in the latest release but it doesn't show which commit is the breaking change.

LoopBack 4 is still the latest version for LoopBack and loopback-datasource-juggler@v7 is the latest version that work with that.

I'll submit a PR to update the supported version of this module as well. Thanks.
