error.api.youtube.api_error , I am self-hosting the API

bug description

So I tried several ways to get YouTube to work. I've used an HTTPS proxy, I've used my cookies.json with a valid youtube session. When I try to do a youtube video it says "youtube updated something about its api and i couldn't get any info about this video. try again in a few seconds, but if this issue sticks, please report it!" I am using Cobalt API v11.7.1

reproduction steps

1. Go to https://mediasave.wafflehacker.dev
2. Paste in a YouTube URL
3. Try to download the video

i get the same error

my cookies are loading properly and everything, nothing shows up in logs other than cookie loading

If you fixed it can you please tell how?
