Publish to jcenter

Description

Currently the binaries are only published in the hackergarten bintray repo
In bintray you can link repos to other repos. If the hackergarten repo would be linked to jcenter then the ldapauth artifacts could be found on jcenter

Expected outcome

Have them published to jcenter
