Timezone information is being stripped in DateTimeField

UTC Datetime stored in MongoDB DateTime field, is being stripped by when auto resolving. Workaround seems to be defining custom resolver.

Seems like we're using some non-standard datetime parser in Graphene: https://github.com/graphql-python/graphene/blob/master/graphene/types/datetime.py
