Terraform and Vsphere

• I searched for the problem and don't found the answer.

What is the problem?

I am using vsphere as my provider in terrafrom, I have created a resource (VM).
whenever i run the main.tf even though I did not make any changes in my resource config, the terraform plan says resource should be recreated.

I worked with a VMware provider. Please provide more information so that we can understand where the issue resides.
For example, code itself, or changes in code made to any comparison to the original code.
