[Feature]: Display inherited team for current note

Problem

In note settings page there is nothing displayed in team chapter, however some user do have access to note via userInTeam policy

Solution

Display team, that is inherited from the parent notes and add a clickable link to the inheritance root note

Workflow

• Get inherited team from the api
• Show clickable hyperlink note title to the inheritance root note
• Show inherited team when actual team of the note is not specified (note, that team would be inherited only in case, when actual team for the note is not specified)
