Trouble installing Tern 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 Snapshot on Eclipse Luna

I have a working tern ide on Eclipse Luna. But I'm trying to install on another Eclipse Luna and after installation (with no errors) it doesn't appear any option on preferences and I can't convert my javascript project into a tern project.

I noticed a difference between the two Eclipse IDEs. If I go to Help > Eclipse Installation Details, in Plug-ins tab appears a different number of tern entries. I have attached screenshots of both Eclipse IDEs

Luna is very old. Please use Neon.
