[Bug]: Black Screen on Windows 11 x64 while using VboxSvga adapter

What happened?

When i created a Windows 11 x64 VM using the default specs (Expect i used 8GB of RAM), but just gives a blank screen, it doesn't even post. The only way to use the VM is to change to the VMSVGA, but then once Virtualbox Guest Additions is installed, the screen resolution won't fit my window, even when I deselect Auto-resize guest display and select it again won't fit.

How can we reproduce this?

Well, Virtualbox is supposed to run on lots of devices and it can't work perfect on all of them. So, if this issue can't be replicated on Virtualbox testing computers. In the guest additions add a part where if VMSVGA on Windows 11 is detected, that it installs the correct driver for now.

My laptop also has this problem. Both my host system and virtual machine system are running the latest Windows 11 x64 with the July patch installed.

Earlier today, the issue manifested as the virtual machine running extremely slowly, to the point that even the system installation could not complete normally. Afterwards, I uninstalled and reinstalled VirtualBox, and now the problem has become exactly what this issue describes.

I'm not sure how to diagnose this problem. I tried my desktop computer, which also uses VirtualBox 7.2.14 and also has Hyper-V enabled, but it does not have this issue.
