can't start minecraft with any version of codechickenlib

Every time I try to run minecraft both in MultiMC and the java loader CodeChickenLib crashes the game saying UCEE. It doesn't matter what version the library I use. I've tried downloading from the curse website and the developers page. The latest crash report is as follows: https://pastebin.com/qgLYwzeF

I've had the same problem, and i haven't made any progress. I have tried redownloading, lowering the version, etc. Nothing works

someone said to delete the codechickenlib config but they did not specify how, im having the same problem and codechickenlib already has several issues about this on github and most are open
