I build Wallet Radar, a deterministic on-chain trust-gate for Solana wallets: per-wallet baseline (venues, median activity) + 6 anomaly rules (dormant-awakening, large-swap, new-venue/protocol) + SOL/USDC/USDT liquidity → safe / hold / unknown, no LLM in the decision path.
ClawRouter settles x402 payments on Solana/Base — a trust pre-flight on the counterparty wallet before funds move is exactly the layer the agent stack is missing. Wallet Radar is live (MCP + x402) and our 24/7 watch is catching real mainnet anomalies (e.g. 3× median large-swaps) right now.
