Error during installation: lapsolver not installed

Solution: [install it from source](https://github.com/argoverse/argoverse-api/issues/347#issuecomment-2500728935):

```bash
git clone --recursive https://github.com/cheind/py-lapsolver.git
cd py-lapsolver 
pip install -e . 
```

After that, proceed with `topnum` installation (from source 🙂)
