Problem Description

创建文件分享链接后，其他人访问此链接失败，仅登录后可访问此链接

Steps to Reproduce

非登录用户访问文件分享链接时，会跳转到登录界面，查看请求/api/v2/files/share/info?code=AxFZ9n7vO5EDz&operateNode=local返回{"code":401,"message":"用户未登录: 当前会话已过期！","data":null}。
